Use energy wisely

Up to half of the energy used by the housing association is used for heating. Unnecessary heating is expensive and has a direct impact on the rent price. Energy is also used for heating domestic water and producing electricity.
Even with simple day-to-day activities you can help both the environment and your wallet!

• The recommended indoor temperature is 20–21ºC. Too warm indoor air makes you tired, dries out the skin and reduces the quality of the indoor air. A change of one degree in the indoor temperature affects 5% of energy consumption!
• To ventilate effectively, 2-5 minutes of rapid cross-ventilation is enough for complete change of air.
• Radiator thermostat valves must not be removed or covered with curtains or furniture.
• The condition of the window seals must be checked regularly.
