Pay the rent by the due date, i.e. the rent of our properties is due on the 10th of every month. You will receive payment instructions containing your personal reference number. Always use it to ensure that the payment goes through as quickly as possible. You can pay the rent through the bank transfer service, direct debit or e-invoice.
Collection procedure is started for every late payment, i.e. for failure to pay a one month’s rent. When the debt amount has reached the amount of two months’ rent (for housing benefits recipients – the amount of two months’ basic deductibles) legal steps will be taken to terminate the lease and collect the receivables.
