• Report a defective and dripping water taps and leaking toilet water valves to the maintenance company immediately.
• Do not flush food scraps or coffee grounds down the toilet drain.
• Do not throw bandages, diapers, cat litter or any other clogging objects down the toilet drain. The tenant is responsible for the sewer cleaning costs.
• Tenants are responsible for the regular cleaning of bathroom floor drains and drain traps regularly. The foul smell from the drain often indicates that the floor drain is dry: the floor drain works its purpose only when water flows through the drain.
